It has since grown to become a thriving city-state that is one of the most significant economic centers on the continent.
Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years exiled from Crossbell, returns home to keep his brother’s legacy and become a part of the Crossbell Police Department. When he finally arrives to find he’s designated to the Special Support Section, a newly created division which takes care of the odd and small requests. His new team includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who’s womanizing) as well as Tio Plato (young technological genius).
Lloyd and his colleagues continue their struggle for a better city, even if their office is mocked by the media. Then they find themselves faced with the corruption that is ruining their town. They don’t realize how deep the shadows of Crossbell City go…
